Cancellation Policy
At the dolce esthetics we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
All services require a non refundable deposit as shown on my booking site!
Card must be on file everytime you book, this ensures you are using a valid card. Final payment can be cash or through zelle!
NO EXTRA GUESTS/KIDS!
I have a 10 min grace period ! anything after that your appointment would be canceled & will be charged fully for any service you desire!
I will send you the address the day before your appointment! When parking please park in the spaces closest to the pond & trash compactor. Please text me that you are here so i can let you know when i'm ready for you !
